随着知识经济的高速发展,高职学生创新能力的高低也变得越来越重要。目前,我国创新思维与创新精神培养缺位,重书本轻技能、重理论轻实践、重结果轻方法,教育与产业脱节的现象比较严重。同时,对于创新型人才所应该具有的能力和素质也未能形成比较统一的认识,对创新方法和创新人才存在许多认识误区。本文就高职院校、高职院校教师及高职学生自身三方面对高职学生创新能力的培养进行了一系列的探究,并对高职学生创新能力的培养提出可行性建议。
With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, the level of innovative ability of vocational students has become more and more important. At present, our country’s innovative thinking and innovative spirit cultivate the vacancy, emphasis on books and light skills, emphasis on light practice, re-results light method, the phenomenon of education and industry is more serious. At the same time, the ability and quality that innovative talents should possess also fail to form a relatively unified understanding, and there are many misunderstandings about innovative methods and innovative talents. This article has carried on a series of exploration to the training of vocational students’ innovative ability in three aspects: the higher vocational college, the higher vocational college teacher and the higher vocational college student themselves, and puts forward the feasible suggestion to the higher vocational college student’s innovation ability.
