公务员收入分配是整个社会收入分配的重要组成部分,其收入分配是否科学合理、公平公正、规范有序,对全社会都会起到引导和示范作用,并直接影响到公共部门的行政效率和服务水平。目前中国社会贫富差距呈逐步扩大趋势,公务员工资收入分配也存在地区收入差距过大问题。2006年进行的机关事业单位工资制度改革,其主要内容是建立新的公务员工资制度框架,规范公务员收入分配秩序。这一重大决策从一定程度上缓解了公务员地区收入差距
The income distribution of civil servants is an important part of the income distribution of the entire society. Whether its income distribution is scientific and reasonable, fair, just and orderly will guide and demonstrate the whole society and directly affect the administrative efficiency and service level of the public sector . At present, the gap between the rich and the poor in China is gradually widened. There is also an excessively large regional income gap in the distribution of wages and salaries for civil servants. The reform of the salary system of organs and public institutions conducted in 2006 mainly consists of establishing a new civil service wage system framework and regulating the order of income distribution of civil servants. This major policy has to some extent eased the income gap in the civil service
