肾脏肥大是糖尿病早期肾脏特征性改变 ,越来越多的研究表明CTGF在肾脏肥大的发生、发展中起着重要作用。CTGF通过促进细胞有丝分裂 ,调节ECM的合成 ,调节细胞周期的限制点等机制参与肾脏肥大形成。
Renal hypertrophy is a characteristic change in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy. More and more studies have shown that CTGF plays an important role in the development of renal hypertrophy. CTGF participates in the formation of renal hypertrophy by promoting cell mitosis, regulating the synthesis of ECM and regulating the point of the cell cycle.
