目的研究小儿尿道下裂尿道成形术的手术配合及护理效果。方法 30例尿道下裂行尿道成形术患儿作为研究对象,并执行针对性的护理及手术配合,观察在手术室内护理操作对患儿手术配合度的影响及手术效果。结果经过针对性的护理及手术配合,30例患儿手术配合良好,均顺利完成手术。28例患儿经一期手术后,在2周内拔管即恢复了正常排尿,且无尿瘘情况出现;仅2例患儿在拔管后1周出现排尿困难,经治疗后恢复正常。结论在临床小儿尿道下裂尿道成形术中,只有强化对手术室护理执行力度,才能够尽可能的保证患儿以及家属对手术的信心,同时更好的提升患儿的手术配合度。
Objective To study the surgical cooperation and nursing effect of pediatric hypospadias urethroplasty. Methods Thirty children with hypospadias underwent urethroplasty as the research object and performed the targeted nursing and operation cooperation to observe the effect of the operation in the operating room on the degree of surgical cooperation and the surgical effect. Results After targeted care and surgical cooperation, 30 cases of children with good surgery, were successfully completed the operation. 28 cases of children after a surgery, extubation within 2 weeks to restore normal urination, and no cases of urinary fistula; only 2 cases of children with dysuria 1 week after extubation, after treatment returned to normal. Conclusion In the clinical pediatric hypospadias urethroplasty, only to strengthen the implementation of the operating room care, we can as far as possible to ensure the confidence of children and their families on the operation, and better to improve the degree of surgical cooperation in children.
