新课程开展实施以来,很多大学校都开始搞校本教学研究,而农村学校似乎总是不知从何做起,无从着手。有效地开展校本教研活动,形成与新课程相适应的、与学校发展相协调的校本研究制度是提高教师素质、提高教育教学质量的有效保障,更是农村学校深化教育教学改革的需要。我校本着“小处着手见文章”、“实用+有效”的原则,努力探索出了一条适合农村学校开展的校本研究之路。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum, many large schools have begun to engage in school-based teaching and research. However, rural schools always seem to know where to start and can not start any further. Effectively carry out school-based teaching and research activities to form a school-based research system that is compatible with the new curriculum and coordinated with the development of schools is an effective guarantee to improve the quality of teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching, but also to deepen the reform of education and teaching in rural schools. Based on the principle of “starting to see articles” and “practical and effective”, our school has tried its best to explore a school-based research that is suitable for rural schools.
