目的探讨健康女性前臂骨密度变化与年龄增长及骨质疏松症发病的关系。方法用数码式 X光片骨密度扫描仪测定 307例职业女性前臂骨密度,统计学处理采用 Excel电子表格处理软件。结果≤ 27岁骨密度呈增加趋势, 28~ 34岁达峰值,≥ 35岁逐年下降,≥ 49岁骨密度明显下降 ;≤ 34岁骨质疏松症发生率为 0,≥ 35岁骨质疏松症发生率随年龄增长逐年增加,≥ 49岁明显增加,≥ 70岁发生率过半。结论原发性骨质疏松症发生率与生理年龄相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of the forearm bone mineral density in healthy women and their age and the incidence of osteoporosis. Methods The digital radiography bone density scanner was used to measure the bone mineral density of 307 female workers in the forearm. Statistical analysis was performed using Excel spreadsheet software. Results The bone mineral density of ≤ 27 years showed an increasing trend, the peak of 28 ~ 34 years old, 35 years old declining year by year, the bone mineral density of 49 years old decreased significantly; the incidence of osteoporosis ≤ 34 years was 0, 35 years old osteoporosis The incidence increased year by year with age, ≥ 49 years significantly increased, ≥ 70-year-old incidence of more than half. Conclusion The incidence of primary osteoporosis is related to the physiological age.
