1 资料与方法笔者于 2 0 0 1- 0 2～ 2 0 0 2 - 11治疗符合急性胰腺炎(AP)分级标准[1] 的AP患者 80例。随机分为乌丁他丁组42例 ,善宁组 38例。所选病例中均排除急性胆总管梗阻及合并多系统器官衰竭 (MODS)的患者。乌司他丁组平均年龄 43 5岁 ,轻症 2 5例 ,重症 17例 ;善宁组

All cases were excluded from patients with acute common bile duct obstruction and multiple organ failure (MODS). The average age of ulinastatin group 435 years old, 25 cases of mild, severe in 17 cases; Shanning group
