目的研究中学预防艾滋病教育师资职前培养的有效途径,为预防艾滋病健康教育师资培养提供参考依据。方法采用项目课题组统一研制的调查问卷并结合个别访谈的方法。以师范专业接受过预防艾滋病健康教育课程的中学教师为实验组,并以师范专业未接受过预防艾滋病教育课程的海南本地中学教师为对照组。结果实验组94.4%教师在校掌握的预防艾滋病教育知识与技能在实际工作中都用得上,有66.7%的教师表示够用;实验组40.0%、对照组48.6%教师没有参与学校预防艾滋病教育工作,81.3%实验组教师、94.3%对照组教师表示其中的原因是学校对教师没有这方面的具体要求。结论以开设课程的形式使在校师范生掌握预防艾滋病教育知识和技能,是中学预防艾滋病教育师资职前培养的一个有效途径;应把预防艾滋病教育作为中学教师和班主任的一项工作职责来要求,以促进学校开展预防艾滋病教育。
Objective To study the effective ways to prevent AIDS teachers from teaching in pre-service education in middle school and to provide reference for preventing HIV / AIDS health education teachers from training. Methods The project team unified research questionnaire and combined with individual interview methods. Teachers in secondary vocational schools, who have received HIV / AIDS health education courses as their major, were selected as the experimental group and control subjects were from Hainan local middle school teachers who did not receive HIV / AIDS education in normal universities. Results 94.4% of the teachers in the experimental group had the knowledge and skills of HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment that they could use effectively in their practical work, 66.7% of the teachers said they were enough; 40.0% of the experimental group and 48.6% of the control group did not participate in AIDS prevention education Work, 81.3% of the teachers in the experimental group, 94.3% of the control group teachers said the reason is that schools do not have specific requirements for teachers in this regard. Conclusions It is an effective way to train HIV / AIDS education teachers and students in pre-service education in prevention of HIV / AIDS among secondary school teachers in the form of offering courses. HIV / AIDS prevention education should be regarded as a job responsibility of secondary school teachers and teacher , To promote schools to prevent AIDS education.
