滚动轴承是现代工业机械广泛应用的精密部件,研究其故障检测具有重要意义。分别对滚动轴承外圈和内圈2种故障状态下的检测信号进行了频域和提升小波分析。结果表明,提升小波对提取以上2种故障特征有效。
Rolling bearings are widely used in modern industrial machinery precision components, the study of its fault detection is of great significance. The frequency domain and lifting wavelet analysis are respectively carried out on the detection signals under the two fault conditions of the outer ring and the inner ring of the rolling bearing. The results show that lifting wavelet is effective in extracting the above two kinds of fault features.
