目的探究新生儿血培养中出现假阳性原因和应对策略及其应用价值。方法回顾性研究2013年1月~2015年12月新生儿血培养阳性病例,分析假阳性出现的主要原因,并及时地应用相应的对策。结果条件致病菌属于主要的假阳性病例的病原菌;干预前的假阳性率是24.6%,干预后的假阳性率是6.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿血培养阳性标本中,假阳性病例较多,需要及时地加强目标性监测,确保检验准确度,为临床诊治提供更加准确可靠的参考信息。
Objective To investigate the causes and countermeasures of false positives in neonatal blood culture and its application value. Methods The positive cases of neonatal blood cultures from January 2013 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The main causes of false positives were analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures were applied in time. Results The pathogenic bacteria belong to the major false positive cases. The false positive rate was 24.6% before intervention and 6.5% after intervention. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the positive samples of neonatal blood cultures, there are more false positive cases, which need to strengthen the target monitoring in time to ensure the accuracy of the test and provide more accurate and reliable reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
