中长跑运动员具备良好的速度能力及其科学化的训练,是取得优异成绩的重要因素。确立以“速度为核心”的训练思路及建立“多次课”的训练结构。对中长跑运动员的速度特点及其科学化的训练进行研究得出:第一,运动员的全程速度明显提高,呈现两头快中间稍慢的速度特点。第二,重视运动员的起始速度和最后冲刺速度的训练。第三,通过增加无氧乳酸训练、混氧训练提高运动员的途中跑的速度。第四,重视运动员的力量耐力训练,以上对培养高水平中长跑运动员所具备的长时间高频率、快节奏的奔跑能力具有重要意义。
Middle and long distance runners with good speed ability and scientific training are important factors to achieve outstanding results. The study of the speed characteristics of middle and long distance runners and their scientific training results show that: firstly, the speed of the athletes is significantly increased, showing a slightly slower speed characteristic between the two heads.
