脾脏是腹部内脏最容易受损的器官，在腹部闭合性损伤中，脾破裂占20％～40％；在腹部开放性损伤中，脾破裂约占10％左右。脾脏质地脆嫩，血运丰富，破裂后出血量大病情危重，临床治疗高度重视，本科1998～2008年共收治脾破裂患者72例，现将诊断及治疗体会报告如下。
