作为经济合作模式的组织载体,经互会与欧盟(前身为欧共体)在上个世纪都曾在世界经济领域有着相当的影响力,但经互会的命运是消亡,而欧盟的趋势却是不断壮大。在叙述这两大经济组织历史沿革的基础上,从经济角度的体制性质、开放度和组织的自身作用这三个方面来分析其产生上述结局的原因。
As the carrier of the economic cooperation model, both the ECLAC and the EU (formerly the European Community) have had considerable influence in the world economy in the past century. However, the fate of the economic and trade cooperation is extinct. However, the EU trend Is growing. On the basis of narrating the historical evolution of these two economic organizations, this article analyzes the reasons for the above-mentioned ending from three aspects: the institutional nature of economy, the openness and the organization’s own role.
