介绍电永磁磁路结构设计与工作步骤,指出电永磁技术的先进性与可靠性,将其应用于机床夹具的设计、制造中,使得夹具结构简化,定位精度、刚性和准确性提高。一次装夹工件数大幅增加,尺寸一致性好,加工效率高,提高了产能,适用于大批量生产。
The design and working procedure of electro-permanent magnetic circuit are introduced. The advancement and reliability of electro-permanent magnetic technology are pointed out. It is applied to the design and manufacture of machine tool fixture, which simplifies the fixture structure and improves the positioning accuracy, rigidity and accuracy. A substantial increase in the number of workpiece clamping, size consistency, processing efficiency, improve productivity, suitable for mass production.
