出血是胃肠道隆起性病变高频电切除术常见的并发症之一,发生于24 h以后的出血称为延迟出血。文献报道多发生于术后24 h～2周,一般认为术后1周为高危期。我院1例于术后第18天发生延迟出血,较罕见,现报道于下。患者男,66岁。因肛门坠胀,结肠镜检查发现乙状结肠多发息肉,拟行镜下息肉摘除术入院。体检:BP l50/90 mmHg,
