对碳纤维复合材料超声辅助磨削表面质量进行工艺试验研究,分析复合材料表面质量评价方法,在不同加工参数下进行磨削试验,研究超声辅助磨削的去除机理和碎屑形貌。结果表明:超声辅助磨削比普通磨削加工工件的表面粗糙度值降低约10%~30%,同时超声辅助磨削形成的加工表面更加平整,一致性更好,更容易形成好的表面质量。
The surface quality of ultrasonic assisted grinding of carbon fiber composites was investigated by experiment. The surface quality of composites was evaluated. The grinding test was carried out under different processing parameters to study the removal mechanism and the morphology of the debris by ultrasonic assisted grinding. The results show that the ultrasonic-assisted grinding reduces the surface roughness by about 10% -30% compared with the ordinary grinding, and the surface formed by ultrasonic-assisted grinding is more smooth and the consistency is better and the surface quality is easier to be formed .
