物资管理是医院财务管理的重要组成部分,目前医院总务物资管理现状不容乐观,管理意识淡薄、制度不健全、采购部门失控、物资领用随意等现象。通过提高意识、探索最优管理模式、健全制度、加强采购监督和创新物资领用方法等手段,从而提高管理水平,节约资源,增加医院效益。
Material management is an important part of the hospital’s financial management. At present, the status quo of the hospital general materials management is not optimistic, the management awareness is weak, the system is not perfect, the purchasing department is out of control, and the materials are available at will. By raising awareness, exploring the optimal management model, perfecting the system, strengthening procurement supervision and innovating materials acquisition methods, we can improve the management level, save resources and increase hospital benefits.
