采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜等分析手段,研究了S30432钢在不同状态下的析出相.结果表明:持久试验和实际运行后材料中的析出相较多,其中富Cu相和NbC(N)析出相颗粒尺寸较小,长大不明显;Cr23C6相和一次析出相NbC(N)数量较多,长大明显,其中Cr23C6相沿晶界析出,使晶界强度降低,而异常粗大的一次析出相NbC(N)颗粒导致钢管使用性能降低,甚至影响S30432钢管的长期、安全和稳定运行.
The precipitated phases of S30432 steel under different states were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The results show that there are more precipitates in the materials after long-term test and actual operation, in which Cu-rich phase and NbC (N ) Precipitated phase smaller size, growth is not obvious; Cr23C6 phase and a precipitated phase NbC (N) the number of more obvious growth, which Cr23C6 phase along the grain boundary precipitation, so that the grain boundary strength decreases, while the abnormal coarse precipitation Phase NbC (N) particles lead to reduced performance of steel pipe, and even affect the long-term, safe and stable operation of S30432 steel.
