以往临床实验多使用脂蛋白电泳进行不同类型的高脂血症分型。随着检测方法的不断改进与完善 ,特别是自动化检测仪器的广泛应用 ,实验室已多用一些血脂、脂蛋白和载脂蛋白定量测定指标进行脂质代谢紊乱及动脉粥样硬化研究 ,相比而言 ,脂蛋白电泳术的应用减少。利用琼脂糖凝胶电泳结合酶试剂染色测定血浆各种脂蛋白胆固醇或甘油三酯 ,应用等速电泳分析各脂蛋白组份含量和评价脂解酶活性是近年来国内外报道的两类新方法 ,均操作简便、精密度高 ,易于自动化 ,为动脉粥样硬化、高脂血症及调脂药疗效观察提供了新的研究手段
