目的探讨学校中开展初级口腔卫生促进活动对小学生口腔卫生行为的影响。方法在观察点校设观察组和对照组,两组学生构成情况及口腔卫生知识、卫生行为无明显差异;对观察组经常进行口腔卫生保健知识讲座,1年后测验效果。结果经测验学生口腔卫生知识良好率为三年级观察组和对照组分别为83.93%、37.50%(2χ=53.12,P<0.01);五年级观察组和对照组分别为84.29%、34.50%(2χ=59.73,P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论在学校开展口腔卫生促进活动对保护学生健康、提高学生自我保健能力具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the impact of primary oral health promotion activities in schools on primary school students’ oral health behaviors. Methods The observation group and the control group were set up at the observation point. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the composition of the students and oral health knowledge and health behavior. The observation group was often given oral health care knowledge lecture, and the results were tested after 1 year. Results The good oral hygiene knowledge of the third graders was 83.93% and 37.50% in the third grade (2χ = 53.12, P <0.01). The grade 5 observation group and the control group were 84.29% and 34.50% respectively = 59.73, P <0.01), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Oral hygiene promotion activities in schools have a positive effect on protecting the health of students and improving their self-care ability.
