本研究采用高效液相色谱分析法观察了菖龙丹片剂对衰老小鼠脑组织单胺类神经递质的影响。结果表明 ,自然衰老小鼠脑组织去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、多巴胺 (DA)、5 -羟色胺 (5 - HT)含量均显著降低 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ) ,菖龙丹能提高自然衰老小鼠脑组织中 NE、5 - HT的含量 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ) ,而对 DA虽有提高趋势 ,但差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。菖龙丹与吡拉西坦比较 ,二者差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。以上结果提示菖龙丹的作用可能通过提高脑内 NE、5 - HT的含量而发挥作用。
In this study, high-performance liquid chromatographic analysis was used to observe the effects of Xiaolongdan tablet on monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain of aging mice. The results showed that the levels of norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA), and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in the brain of natural aging mice were significantly decreased (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Qilongdan can increase the content of NE and 5-HT in the brain of natural aging mice, which has significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.01 and P<0.05). There was an increase trend, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Compared with Piracetam, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The above results suggest that the effect of Pterodactyl may play a role by increasing the content of NE and 5-HT in the brain.
