企业社会责任作为时代发展和社会进步的产物,体现的不仅是企业主体的态度和行为方式,更是政府和社会主体的态度和行为的表达。因此,促使企业承担社会责任离不开政府和社会主体的积极引导。文章从企业社会责任竞争机制、监督机制、评价机制和激励机制4个方面,探讨了“完善企业社会责任导向机制,营造良好的责任竞争环境”这一主题。
As a product of the development of the times and social progress, corporate social responsibility reflects not only the attitude and behavior of enterprises, but also the attitudes and behaviors of the government and social subjects. Therefore, to promote corporate social responsibility can not do without the active guidance of the government and social subjects. The article discusses the theme of “perfecting the guiding mechanism of corporate social responsibility and creating a good environment for responsible competition” from four aspects: the competition mechanism of corporate social responsibility, the supervision mechanism, the evaluation mechanism and the incentive mechanism.
