用高效液相色谱——电化学检测联用,以樟脑磺酸为离子对试剂,测定可的松阳虚大鼠及正常大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质,并观察用助阳药附子、肉桂、肉苁蓉、仙灵脾后的效果。发现:可的松阳虚大鼠下丘脑去甲肾上腺素(NA)较正常大鼠下降,肾上腺素(A)升高(P 均<0.05),用助阳药后能恢复正常。助阳药使可的松阳虚大鼠及正常大鼠多巴胺(DA)均升高(P 分别<0.05及 P<0.01),3.4-二羟基苯乙酸(DOPAC)下降(P<0.001),并使正常大鼠5-羟色胺(5-HT)升高(P<0.001),用药后阳虚及正常大鼠都表现为 DA/DOPAC 及5-HT/5-羟吲哚醋酸(5-HIAA)比值升高(P<0.01~0.001)的共同特点,提示助阳药似有抑制下丘脑单胺氧化酶活性的作用
The hypothalamic monoamine neurotransmitters in cortisone deficient rats and normal rats were determined by HPLC with electrochemical detection and camphorsulfonic acid was used as an ion pair reagent. , cinnamon, Cistanche, epimedium after the effect. Findings: Norepinephrine (NA) in the hypothalamus was lower in normal rats than in normal rats, and epinephrine (A) was elevated (P<0.05). The use of adjuvants could restore normality. The positive drug increased the levels of dopamine (DA) in both the POD and normal rats (P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively), and the level of 3.4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) decreased (P<0.001). Increased 5-HT (5-HT) levels in normal rats (P<0.001). Both DA-DOPAC and 5-HT/5-Hydroxyindole acetic acid (5-HIAA) were present in both yang and normal rats after treatment. The common characteristics of the elevated ratio (P<0.01-0.001) suggested that the yang-positive drug appears to inhibit the hypothalamic monoamine oxidase activity.
