所谓课堂效益,即指在一定时间内课堂教学中产生的效果,提高课堂效益就是在有效的时间内通过师生的默契配合形成合力而取得最佳教育教学效果,是提高教学质量的关键,是新课程改革的基本要求。现阶段课堂效益低下的原因有:备课不充分,没能充分考虑到学生;课堂气氛沉闷,没能形成师生互动、生生互动课堂氛围;师生关系不融洽,课堂气氛不够和谐……针对上述课堂教学存在的问题,笔者进行了探索,下面结合教学实践谈谈自己的做法。一、加强课前备课,通过“学案”了解学生首先,钻研教材。一个教师只有在全面深入地熟悉教材、理解教材、把握教材的基础上才有可能去上好一节课。
