为研究激光选区熔化(SLM)工艺成形CX马氏体时效不锈钢时的成形质量与力学性能,基于单熔道实验确定了CX马氏体时效不锈钢SLM成形的工艺窗口。在此基础上,分析了离焦量对SLM成形CX马氏体时效不锈钢试样致密度、硬度和表面粗糙度的影响规律。结合拉伸实验和微观组织观察,研究了热处理前后试样力学性能的变化规律。结果表明:在低离焦量时,激光能量密度过高,熔池不稳定性增加,球化现象明显,试样致密度和硬度降低,表面粗糙度升高,拉伸断口呈准解理断裂特征;随离焦量增大,适宜的能量密度和光斑尺寸有利于相邻熔道间和层间形成良
