测试性是指产品能否及时、准确地确定其状态(可工作、不可工作或性能下降)并隔离其内部故障的一种设计特性[1]。它是电子设备的一种重要设计特性,对航空电子系统的可用性及寿命周期费用有重大影响。为了保证航空电子产品测试性要求的落实,可以通过在产品研制过程中对测试性设计和分析工作进行评价,发现设计缺陷,及时采取补救措施。本文提出一种航空电子产品测试性设计评价的工作框架和流程,解决了以往在产品研制阶段缺乏规范、有效的测试性设计评价手段的问题。通过在某型飞机研制阶段开展航空电子产品测试性设计评价,证明该研究结果合理有效,且具有一定指导作用。
Testability is a design feature that enables a product to determine its status (workable, non-workable, or degraded) in a timely and accurate manner and isolate its internal faults [1]. It is an important design feature of electronic devices that has a significant impact on the availability and life-cycle costs of avionics systems. In order to ensure the implementation of the testing requirements of avionics, we can find out the design flaws and take timely remedial actions by evaluating the test design and analysis in the product development process. This paper presents a working framework and process for the evaluation of avionic test design, and solves the problem of lack of normative and effective test design evaluation tools in the product development stage. Through the development of a certain type of aircraft during the pilot design of avionics evaluation to prove that the results of the study is reasonable and effective, and has a guiding role.
