利用散射矩阵方法和标量模型,研究了低温下可调缺陷对量子波导腔的热导的影响.改变缺陷的参数能控制热导,缺陷的尺寸和位置能导致热导的改变,而且不同种类的缺陷也能导致热导随温度的变化.
The effects of the adjustable defects at low temperature on the thermal conductance of the quantum waveguide cavity are studied by using the scattering matrix method and the scalar model. Changing the parameters of the defects can control the thermal conductivity. The size and position of the defects can lead to the change of the thermal conductivity, and different kinds of Defects can also lead to thermal conductivity changes with temperature.
