It is generally thought that in Japan, breast cancer is uncommon but lobular cancer is rare, but exactly what happens. According to the third volume of the Can-cer Incidence in Five Continent published by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) The incidence of breast cancer in the East, including Japan, India and India, is only 1/6 of that of whites in other countries. Taking the registration data of cancer in Miyagi, Okayama and Osaka of Japan as an example, the incidence of breast cancer is as low as that in other African countries. Although there are various explanations for this difference, such as genetic, endocrine, viruses, but not necessarily so simple. Especially among Japanese women, breast cancer is not only rare, but also the postoperative survival rate is higher than that of the United States
