采用激光喷丸在球墨铸铁QT600表面加工出具有不同凹坑中心距的微凹坑造型阵列,研究了激光微造型对其表面摩擦磨损性能的影响。仪器测试结果表明,相比于未造型试样,激光喷丸在球墨铸铁表面引入有益的残余压应力,磨损量明显降低,干摩擦条件下降幅达7.9%。微造型试样在干摩擦条件下的表面摩擦系数明显提高,增幅最大可达12.9%,而湿摩擦条件下则明显降低,降幅最高可达11.8%;同时微造型试样表面磨损程度明显轻于未造型试样表面,氧化物也明显减少。
Laser shot peening was used to fabricate a micro-pit pattern array with different pit center distances on the surface of ductile iron QT600. The effect of laser micro-modeling on its surface friction and wear properties was studied. Instrument test results show that laser peening introduces a beneficial residual compressive stress on the surface of ductile iron compared with the unformulated sample, the wear loss is significantly reduced, down 7.9% under dry friction conditions. The surface friction coefficient of the micro-shaped sample under dry friction condition increased obviously, up to 12.9%, while it dropped obviously under the condition of wet friction, up to 11.8%. Meanwhile, the micro-shaped sample surface wear was obviously lighter The surface of non-shaped sample, the oxide is also significantly reduced.
