三种耦合振荡器阵列可用于非线性有源天线的波束扫描:注入锁相振荡器阵列、双边耦合振荡器阵列和耦合锁相环阵列。首先对这三种类型阵列的非线性微分方程进行了分析,在实验基础上研究了这三种拓扑结构存在的问题,针对其中的缺陷提出了一种新型串行单边耦合的有源集成天线阵列,实验表明该阵列锁相带宽宽、相噪低,可用于无移相器的波束扫描。
Three coupled oscillator arrays are available for beam scanning of nonlinear active antennas: injection-locked oscillator arrays, bilateral coupled oscillator arrays, and coupled-phase-locked-loop arrays. Firstly, the nonlinear differential equations of these three types of arrays are analyzed. Based on the experiments, the problems of the three topologies are studied. A new type of serial unilateral coupled active integrated antenna Experiments show that the array has wide bandwidth and low phase noise and can be used for beam scanning without phase shifter.
