通过对安全稳定控制装置及其通信系统的分析与研究,阐述了高速、高可靠性和高稳定性的通信方案对电力系统安全稳定控制装置的必要性。讨论了安全稳定控制装置通信系统的要求并设计了基于光纤通信的安全稳定控制装置的通信方案,重点阐述了光纤通信接口板的硬件构成、通信接口芯片的主要功能、FPGA实现的主要功能、FPGA设计的主要内容和结构。所设计的通信方案已在现场投运,系统运行效果良好。
Through the analysis and research of the safety and stability control device and its communication system, the necessity of high-speed, high-reliability and high-stability communication scheme for the power system safety and stability control device is expounded.
