目的:考察糖槭果中多糖的最佳闪式提取工艺。方法:利用闪式提取法提取多糖,苯酚硫酸法进行含量测定,以糖槭果多糖的得率为指标,以提取时间、提取电压、料液比为主要考察因素,正交试验法筛选闪式提取糖槭果多糖的最佳工艺,与传统煎煮法比较多糖的提取率。结果:当提取电机电压225 V,料液比1:25,提取时间90 s,糖槭果多糖的提取率为19.92%,且提取率高于传统煎煮法的17.99%。结论:闪式提取法可以明显提高糖槭果多糖的提取率,该方法方便、快捷和高效。
Objective: To investigate the best flash extraction process of polysaccharides in sugar maple. Methods: The content of polysaccharides extracted by flash extraction method was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Taking the yield of polysaccharides as the index, taking the extraction time, the extraction voltage and the ratio of solid to liquid as the main factors, the orthogonal test was used to screen the flash-type Extraction of sugar maple polysaccharides the best technology, compared with the traditional decoction polysaccharide extraction rate. Results: The extraction rate was 19.92% when the motor voltage was 225 V, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:25 and the extraction time was 90 s. The extraction rate was higher than that of the traditional decoction method by 17.99%. Conclusion: The flash extraction method can significantly improve the polysaccharides extraction rate of Maple and Maple, the method is convenient, fast and efficient.
