以人为本,就是指以人为根本。这其中的“人”指的是广大的人民群众,在当今社会主义以人为本就是一切都要以人民的根本利益为出发点,人民的利益高于一切,一切讲求民主。笔者认为,做好思想政治工作就是要始终坚持以人为本,把该理念充分贯彻落实到思想政治工作的过程中去。 People-oriented, refers to people-based. People here refer to the broad masses of the people. In today’s socialist people-centered society, everything should be based on the fundamental interests of the people. The interests of the people should be above all else and everything should be democratic. The author believes that doing a good job in ideological and political work means consistently adhering to the people-oriented principle and fully implementing the concept in the process of ideological and political work.
