企业若想发展,必须促进人力资源的开发,而员工素质对于人力资源开发具有十分重要的作用,现在市场竞争压力越来越大,增强员工素质已成为最重要的事。为此,需不断提升各企业员工培训实力,增强员工整体素质,进而为企业提供更多优秀全面的人才。所以,该文章针对员工培训方式,从人力资源开发效果的现实意义入手,剖析员工培训现状和培训方法,从而提供有利于人力资源有效开发的意见,促进人力资源开发。
If enterprises want to develop, they must promote the development of human resources, and the quality of their staff plays an important role in the development of human resources.
