水稻(Oryzasativa)上农黑糯07种子经激素2,4-D和KT诱导,得到愈伤组织,改用IAA和6-BA,并经反复筛选,得到再生频率极高的不定芽无性繁殖系。不定芽最快可以每月8倍的速度繁殖,是研究水稻性质,制备水稻人工种子和水稻基因工程的好材料。经石蜡切片观察,证明水稻再生植株的形态发生是通过不定芽的途径。从这些再生植株中筛选到一些变异品系。
Induction of callus by 2,4-D and KT on Nonghualuo 07 in rice (Oryzasativa) resulted in the transformation of IAA and 6-BA to IAA and 6-BA. After repeated screening, the adventitious buds with high regeneration frequency were obtained. . Adventitious buds can multiply at a rate of 8 times per month, which is a good material for studying the properties of rice, preparing artificial seeds of rice and genetic engineering of rice. Observed by paraffin section, to prove the morphogenesis of rice regenerated plants through adventitious buds. Some of these mutant lines were screened from these regenerated plants.
