July 1929, the Middle East from the road. At the same time that the relations between the authorities and the Soviet Union are getting tighter and even more commonplace, the CPC Manchuria Provincial Party Committee also planned to take this opportunity to mobilize grassroots workers and expand the CCP’s presence and organization on the ground. Compared with the customs, the CCP organizations backed by the Soviet Union should have more mobilization advantages in the northeast. However, the actual situation is exactly the opposite. Not only failed to obtain the prompt assistance of the Comintern or the Communist Party, the Manchurian provincial party committee was dragged down by it and even brought the whole movement to a standstill. Apart from the details such as the lack of communication channels and the slow delivery of information among the CCP’s Manchurian Provincial Party Committee and the Soviet Union, the reason for this state of affairs more implicitly includes the structural conflicts that are difficult to reconcile with the international interests and local interests.
