目的观察额叶脑损伤开颅术中视神经管开放减压的疗效。方法回顾分析开颅手术治疗脑损伤同时行视神经管减压术的15例18只眼的视力恢复情况。结果 18只眼术后三月检查视力中,13只眼视力恢复好,3只眼视力恢复一般,2只眼恢复到眼前指数。结论开颅术中行视神经管开放减压有利于视神经功能的恢复。
Objective To observe the curative effect of open decompression of optic canal in frontal lobe brain injury craniotomy. Methods The visual acuity of 15 eyes (18 eyes) under craniotomy for craniocerebral injury with optic canal decompression was retrospectively analyzed. Results In 18 eyes, visual acuity of 13 eyes recovered well in 3 months after operation. The visual acuity was restored in 3 eyes and the anterior index in 2 eyes. Conclusion Operative decompression of optic canal in craniotomy is conducive to the recovery of optic nerve function.
