目的以某除草剂甲磺草胺生产项目为对象,评价其职业病危害控制效果,提出合理建议,保障劳动者健康。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病危害防护设施、个人职业病危害防护水平和定量分级结果,对作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素为甲苯、二甲苯、乙醛、钠及其无机化合物、硫化氢、氨、氯化氢、氯气、粉尘、工频电场、噪声等。甲苯短时间接触浓度(C_(STEL))≤16.0 mg/m~3,二甲苯C_(STEL)<3.3 mg/m~3,乙醛最高浓度(MC)<6.7 mg/m~3,氯化氢MC<0.5 mg/m~3,粉尘≤2.89 mg/m~3,噪声≤88.7 d B(A),除冷冻机房巡检点的噪声(不合格率20%)超过国家卫生标准外,其余均符合国家卫生标准。职工职业健康检查未发现与该项目相关的职业禁忌和疑似职业病患者。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,企业采取的管道+反应釜+自动化投料+通风设施等职业病危害控制措施是切实有效的,但仍需加强职业卫生管理与职业病危害防护措施管理,提高劳动者自我防护意识。
