以N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,乙二醇二乙醚二胺四乙酸为螯合添加剂合成了耐盐性良好的高吸水性树脂。实验发现乙二醇二乙醚二胺四乙酸能够显著地提高树脂吸水能力,吸收去离子水从600g/g提高到937g/g,吸收盐水从120g/g提高到197g/g,并对影响吸水率的各种条件做了详细的分析。
N, N’-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent, ammonium persulfate as initiator and ethylene glycol diethyl ether-diaminetetraacetic acid as chelating additive were synthesized to synthesize superabsorbent resin with good salt tolerance.
