《中国人民武装警察边防部队会计基础工作规范》(武边后财【2006】182号)于2006年1月1日颁发施行,为边防部队会计基础规范管理提供了有力的制度支撑。今年2月份,部局党委扩大会议又将2016年确定为公安边防部队“后勤管理规范年”。如何学习贯彻好《会计基础工作规范》,扎实推进财务规范化建设进程,已成为当前各级边防部队贯彻落实“后勤管理规范年”的有效抓手。本人结合多年在财务岗位工作的实际,就如何推进会计基础工作规范化管理发表一点初浅的看法,供大家探讨。 The “Basic Accounting Standards for the Border Armed Forces of the Chinese People’s Armed Police” (WuBian HouCai [2006] No. 182) was issued on January 1, 2006 and provided a powerful institutional support for the normative management of the border defense forces’ accounting base.
