我国市场经济和社会发展已经步入了以质量和社会主义特色取胜的时期，高职院校培养拥有必要理论学问与理论才能的高素养的技艺型人才，是高职院校教育的重要课题。本文客观的分析了高职院校学生思想政治教育的现状，精细查找出了存在的共性问题，也提出了应做到教育质量和综合素质并重的对策。
