目的分析孕期膳食营养指导对母婴健康及妊娠结局的影响作用。方法选择2015年6月~2017年2月60例妊娠女性并随机分组。常规指导组采用常规孕期指导,孕期膳食指导组在常规指导组基础上强化孕期膳食营养指导。比较两组早产、难产、巨大儿、妊娠合并贫血发生率;妊娠晚期体重增加情况、血红蛋白水平、骨密度检查结果;孕产妇碳水化合物、蛋白质和脂类摄入比例适宜率。结果孕期膳食指导组早产、难产、巨大儿、妊娠合并贫血发生率低于常规指导组,P<0.05;孕期膳食指导组妊娠晚期体重增加情况、血红蛋白水平、骨密度检查结果优于常规指导组,P<0.05;孕期膳食指导组碳水化合物、蛋白质和脂类摄入比例适宜率高于常规指导组,P<0.05。结论孕期膳食营养指导,营养成分摄入合理,对母婴健康具有重要的影响,可有效改善妊娠结局,改善骨密度和血红蛋白水平,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of dietary nutrition guidance during pregnancy on maternal and child health and pregnancy outcome. Methods Sixty pregnant women from June 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into groups. Conventional guidance group using conventional pregnancy guidance, pregnancy diet guidance group based on the conventional guidance group to strengthen dietary guidance during pregnancy. The incidences of preterm labor, dystocia, macrosomia and pregnancy complicated with anemia were compared between the two groups. The weight gain, hemoglobin and bone mineral density were measured in the third trimester. The maternal carbohydrate, protein and lipid intake rate was appropriate. Results The incidence of premature labor, dystocia, giant malnutrition and anemia in pregnancy was lower in the dietary guidance group during pregnancy than in the conventional guidance group (P <0.05). The results of weight gain, hemoglobin and bone mineral density in the third trimester pregnancy group were better than those in the conventional guidance group, P <0.05. The appropriate rate of intake of carbohydrates, protein and lipid in the dietary guidance group during pregnancy was higher than that in the conventional guidance group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pregnancy dietary guidance, reasonable intake of nutrients, has an important impact on maternal and infant health, can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes, improve bone mineral density and hemoglobin levels, it is worth promoting.
