Vamac弹性体耐介质性能好、工作温度范围宽,在汽车密封领域有着广泛的用途。AEM二元共聚物最常用的硫化系统是过氧化物和助交联剂;三元共聚物中最常用的硫化系统是脂肪族的胺盐和有机促进剂。二元胺硫化的三元共聚物都必须要经过二段硫化。对两种硫化系统来说,为降低模压硫化时间、提高生产效率的努力永不停步。文中介绍了AEM硫化系统在提高硫化速率、延长焦烧时间方面的最新进展。
Vamac elastomers have good medium resistance and wide operating temperature range and are used in a wide range of automotive sealing applications. The most commonly used cure systems for AEM copolymers are peroxides and co-crosslinkers; the most commonly used cure systems in terpolymers are aliphatic amine salts and organic accelerators. Diamine-cured terpolymers have to undergo two-stage vulcanization. For both vulcanization systems, efforts to increase production efficiency are never stopped in order to reduce the molding press time. The paper introduces the latest progress of AEM curing system in improving the curing rate and extending the scorch time.
