泡沫酸脱绒、精选,包衣等是棉种加工生产标准化、成品化、包装化的一项新技术,经加工处理的棉种质量显著提高,防虫防病效果明显,出苗快而整齐,棉苗素质好,有利于培育壮苗,增产增收,提高植棉经济效益。但在加工过程中,棉种经脱绒后残酸率的高低直接影响到种子的生活力,贮存期及幼苗的生长发育。为此,我们对泡沫酸脱绒残酸率对种子质量的影响进行了试验研究。材料和方法通过调整泡沫酸与棉种比及氨中和时间,并对所产脱绒棉种进行 pH 值和酸含量测定,以酸的残留率为0、0.01%、0.03%、0.05%、0.08%、0.10%、0.12%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%、0.30%的棉种为材料。各材料分别取200粒用湿沙平皿法进行室内发芽率和发芽势测定;各取1公斤贮存6个月,每个月测定一次发
