随着不重磨刀具在全国各机械行业的广泛推广使用,各厂都有数量不少的三角形刀片因磨损或崩裂而报废。为了节省硬质合金材料,我厂设计、制造了竖装的钩肖式螺纹刀具(图1),使报废的刀片通过修磨螺纹切削角得以重新利用。刀具特点1.刀片可利用废旧三角形刀片改磨。有三个刀尖可供使用。一个刀尖用钝后可用手松开蝶形螺帽,迅速方便地转换位置使用另一个刀尖。在换刀过程中,不需要重新对刀即能保证加工质量,便于在数控机床和自动线上使用。 With the non-regrind tool in various machinery industry widely used throughout the country, the factory has a large number of triangular blades worn or cracked and scrapped.
