长非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lnc RNA)是一类长度大于200 nt、因缺少完整的阅读编码框而不编码蛋白质的功能性RNA分子。
Long non-coding RNA (lnc RNA) is a class of functional RNA molecules longer than 200 nt that do not encode a protein due to the lack of a complete reading frame. Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in our country, its incidence is second only to that of lung cancer, ranking the second place in our country. More and more evidences show that lnc RNA regulates gene expression and stability after transcription, transcription and epigenetic level and is involved in the occurrence and development of tumors. It is of great value in assessing the occurrence of precancerous lesions and judging the efficacy of chemotherapy and gastric cancer The prognosis is of great significance. This review summarizes the research progress of the role of lnc RNA regulation network in the development and progression of gastric cancer in recent years.
