目的:研究血清瘦素(LEP)、脂联素(APN)及两者比值与冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测77例冠心病(CHD)患者和50例健康体检者血清LEP、APN表达水平及LEP/APN值,分析血清LEP、APN表达水平及其比值与Gensini评分、冠状动脉病变血管数及冠状动脉病变的相关性。结果:CHD组患者血清LEP表达水平及LEP/APN值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而血清APN表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);随着Gensini评分升高和冠状动脉病变血管数增多,血清LEP表达水平及LEP/APN值明显升高(P<0.05),而血清APN表达水平明显降低(P<0.05);血清LEP表达水平及LEP/APN值与冠状动脉病变严重性呈正相关(r=0.874、0.912,P<0.05),血清APN表达水平与冠状动脉病变严重性呈负相关(r=-0.897,P<0.05)。结论:与单一检测血清LEP或APN表达水平相比较,评估LEP/APN值可更准确反映冠状动脉病变的严重性。
Objective: To study the correlation between serum leptin (LEP), adiponectin (APN) and coronary artery disease. Methods: Serum levels of LEP, APN and LEP / APN were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 77 patients with CHD and 50 healthy controls. The levels of LEP and APN in serum and their ratios were compared with those of Gensini Score, the number of coronary artery lesions and coronary artery disease. Results: Serum levels of LEP and LEP / APN in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), while serum APN levels were significantly lower in CHD group than in control group (P <0.05). With the increase of Gensini score and coronary artery (P <0.05), while the level of serum APN was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Serum LEP expression and LEP / APN were significantly correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease (R = 0.874,0.912, P <0.05). The level of APN in serum was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease (r = -0.897, P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the single detection of serum LEP or APN levels, assessing the LEP / APN value can more accurately reflect the severity of coronary artery disease.
