通过对网带炉淬火油槽冷却系统的技术改进及PAG淬火剂的应用,以及对PAG淬火剂的浓度、温度、喷射、搅拌力度及角度等方面的调节与控制,并按工艺需要,对工件高中温段实施强烈淬火冷却控制,使产品达到“高温区快冷,低温区慢冷”的理想淬火冷却效果。由于采用强烈淬火控制技术,最大限度地强化了热交换,工件得到可控制的均匀快冷,使工件淬火冷却效果更强烈,硬度更高、更均匀。由于淬火后工件表面产生了压应力,有效地抑制了工件的畸变和开裂,使产品质量及产量得到了大幅度提高。
