测定不确定度为:“表征合理的赋予被测量值的分散性,与测量结果相联的参数。”根据JJF1001-1998《通用计量术语及定义》和JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》内容来进行实验室认可中测量不确定度的评定。以测定样品中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的含量为例,评定了气相色谱法测定结果的不确定度。建立数学模型,分析各不确定度分量,将不确定度分量合成,并计算其测定结果的扩展不确定度。
