复方嗜酸乳杆菌联奏三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌根除失败患者的疗效分析

目的评价复方嗜酸乳杆菌(益君康)联合三联疗法在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染根除失败患者中的补救治疗疗效。方法 147例经标准三联疗法根除失败的Hp阳性患者,随机分为治疗组(72例)和对照组(75例),治疗组患者给予益君康,雷贝拉唑+阿莫西林+呋喃唑酮治疗。对照组患者给予雷贝拉唑+阿莫西林+呋喃唑酮治疗,疗程14 d。治疗结束4周后行14C尿素呼气试验,观察Hp根除率和不良反应。结果治疗组Hp根除率明显高于对照组(84.06%VS 71.42%,P<0.05),治疗组腹痛(5.6%VS14.7%)、腹泻(1.4%VS 12.0%)的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益君康联合三联疗法对根除失败的Hp感染患者可提高Hp根除率,同时可有效减少不良反应。 Objective To evaluate the remedial efficacy of compound Lactobacillus acidophilus (Yijunkang) combined with triple therapy in patients with failed eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. Methods A total of 147 Hp positive patients who failed the standard triple therapy were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 72) and control group (n = 75). Patients in the treatment group were treated with Yijunkang, rabeprazole + amoxicillin plus furazolidone . Patients in the control group were treated with rabeprazole + amoxicillin + furazolidone for 14 days. Four weeks after the end of treatment, 14 C urea breath test was performed to observe the eradication rate and adverse reactions of Hp. Results The eradication rate of Hp in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (84.06% vs 71.42%, P <0.05). The incidence of abdominal pain (14.4% vs 14.7%) and diarrhea (1.4% vs 12.0%) in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group Group (P <0.05). Conclusion Yijunkang combined with triple therapy can improve Hp eradication rate in patients with Hp infection who have failed to eradicate eradication, and can effectively reduce adverse reactions.
